These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rooted Voices platform and services.
Rooted Voices Speech & Language Therapy LLC (“Rooted Voices,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Wyoming limited liability company providing speech-language pathology services through licensed clinicians via a secure telehealth platform.
By accessing or using our website, client portal, therapist dashboard, or telehealth services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Rooted Voices provides:
All clinical services are delivered by licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) or supervised Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in accordance with applicable state laws and professional regulations.
Clients must be physically located in a state where the assigned clinician holds an active license at the time services are rendered.
An initial evaluation is required prior to the initiation of ongoing therapy services unless otherwise determined by a licensed clinician.
Evaluation fees may be credited toward a selected subscription plan in accordance with our pricing structure.
Completion of an evaluation does not guarantee ongoing services if clinical appropriateness or licensure limitations apply.
Rooted Voices offers structured subscription-based therapy plans billed every four (4) weeks.
By enrolling in a subscription plan, you authorize recurring billing according to your selected tier.
Subscription sessions:
Clients must submit cancellation requests prior to the next billing date to avoid automatic renewal.
Clients may schedule individual therapy sessions outside of a subscription plan. These sessions are billed per appointment.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Rooted Voices does not store full credit card information on its servers.
By submitting payment information, you authorize Rooted Voices to charge applicable fees for services rendered, subscription renewals, cancellation fees, or missed appointments as outlined in these Terms.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of that session.
For subscription clients, missed sessions may not be credited or extended beyond the billing cycle unless otherwise determined by the clinician.
By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to receiving therapy services via telehealth.
You understand that:
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
You agree not to share your account access with any third party.
Rooted Voices provides services only in jurisdictions where our clinicians hold active licensure.
Clients must accurately represent their physical location at the time of service.
We comply with applicable state licensure laws and telehealth regulations governing speech-language pathology services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rooted Voices shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Rooted Voices reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
